HDPE Pipes
High Density Polyethylene Pipes
Stronger HDPE Pipes with better quality that provide excellence & never get out of time. HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Pipe can carry potable water, wastewater, slurries, chemicals, hazardous wastes, and compressed gases. In fact, polyethylene pipe has a long and distinguished history of service to the gas, oil, mining and other industries. HDPE Pipes are flexible pipes used mostly for liquid and gas transfer. These high-density pipes are also used in replacing worn-out concrete and steel mains pipelines. HDPE pipes are universally used for applications such as sewer mains, agricultural irrigation, electrical channels, stormwater, and drainage. These pipes are strong, corrosion-resistant and cost-effective.
Due to flexibility and durability, HDPE pipes can be easily bent on-site to a radius in multiples of five as compared to a regular pipe. These pipes turn out to be a cost saver because they do not require glued fittings or restraints to facilitate changes in direction. These pipes are impact-resistant and are used for installation purposes in areas prone to earthquakes. HDPE pipes make installation super easy, cost-effective and bring down maintenance costs drastically. These pipes are also used in installation processes such as horizontal direction drilling easy.
Unique Selling Point
HDPE pipes are suitable for long service, trouble-free installation, flexibility, resistance to chemicals, and a myriad of other features.
This pipe is available in three different raw material-grades based on application requirements, i.e., PE63, PE80, and PE100.
PE 63 & PE80 are the oldest HDPE material grades that are in use for gas, water, and industrial applications. PE 100 is the newest HDPE material grade which offers additional long-term strength and performance over PE 63 & PE80 while allowing for thinner pipe walls for the same operating pressure. PE 100 uses lesser polymer and allows for a larger bore and increased flow capacity.
