Which Water Storage Tank is best for home?
The Water Tank is one of the important essential components of any building whether it is residential, commercial, or industrial. Therefore choosing the Best Water Storage Tank for home requires prime attention.
How to choose best water tank?
One has to consider the water tank capacity for home before buying one. For a small family, a 500 to 600-litre water storage tank is enough and for a big family (depending on the size of the family) opt for a 700 to 1,000-litre tank. One also gets small water tanks that have a capacity, for homes, ranging between 100 and 300 litres.
Water storage tanks for homes come in different shapes. Vertical water tanks are better for groundwater storage purposes, while horizontal tanks are ideal for underground storage purposes. For household purposes, a vertical tank would be ideal, as rectangular and square tanks can fit in the corners and make best use of space. Water storage tanks are available in various colours such as white, white, green, blue, black, yellow, light blue, pink, golden etc.
Check the Material Used in Manufacturing the Water Tanks before ordering like Whether it’s made out of Pure Virgin Plastic or of the Scrap and Residual Plastics ? Choose the Pure Virgin Plastic as its Safe , Durable (Lasts 10+ years), and do not damages in the Sun & Rains.
Roto Mould vs Blow Mould
What is Rotomould Technology?
Rotational moulding, also known as Roto Moulding, is a plastics moulding technology that is ideal for making hollow articles. It is a casting technic but unlike most other plastics processes there is no pressure involved. Moulds for the process are relatively inexpensive as they do not have to withstand pressure and therefore relatively short production runs can be made very economically. Rotational moulding involves a heated hollow mould which is filled with a charge or shot weight of material. It is then slowly rotated (usually around two perpendicular axes) causing the softened material to disperse and stick to the walls of the mould. In order to maintain even thickness throughout the part, the mould continues to rotate at all times during the heating phase. It also rotates during the cooling phase to avoid sagging or deformation.
What is Blow Mould Technology?
Blow Moulding is a specific manufacturing process by which hollow plastic objects are formed. The Blow Moulding process begins with melting down the plastic and forming it into a parison, a tube-like plastic with a hole in one end through which compressed air can pass. The parison is then clamped into a mould through which air is blown. The air pressure then pushes the plastic out to match the mould. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened, the mould opens up and the part is ejected.
What is a Loft Water Storage Tank?
Loft tanks are different from general overhead or underground tanks. As the name suggests, they are manufactured to be installed in lofts inside the home. They are mainly designed to suit urban constructions that can fit into the kitchen loft or other lofts area in your home. It can be used for many different purposes. Plastic overhead tanks are in comparison larger and placed on the top of the house or elsewhere depending upon its use. They come in different sizes and can be used for both household and commercial purposes.
